How a Fetti Kit is Made

From the moment you order to the moment it arrives — our production process, step by step.

01 — Order Received
Customer places an order via our website, selecting kit size (Small / Medium / Large), event type (Birthday or Graduation), personalization details and preferred delivery date.

02 — Sourcing Supplies
The Operations Manager sources all required materials from local Egyptian wholesalers — balloons, banners, tableware, confetti, favors — based on the specific order requirements.

03 — Personalization
The Designer creates and prints the custom name banner, labels, and any personalized decorative elements specific to the customer's order.

04 — Kit Assembly
All items are counted, sorted by theme, and assembled together. Each item is checked against the order checklist to ensure nothing is missing.

05 — Quality Control
The General Manager inspects each kit for completeness, correct theme, and presentation quality before it is approved for packaging.

06 — Packaging
The approved kit is placed in the branded Fetti box, wrapped in tissue paper, tied with ribbon, and a handwritten thank-you card is added inside.

07 — Delivery
The order is delivered to the customer within 24 hours. For Large kits with online planning, the PDF event guide is sent via email upon order confirmation.
